Although that answer is best left to a licensed contractor (you know a experienced agent is going to give you his two cents worth). A contract would have to know a couple of things.. and couldn't accurately give you a price over then phone, via text or an e-mail without seeing the project AND knowing if current plumbing is accessible, can the upstairs currently support the additional weight, electrical access, cost of any demolition upstairs compared to downstairs. I would recommend talking to an experienced general contractor and make sure he has his electrical and plumbing subs come over at the same time to get an better feels for what you want.

Hope this helps.
