@Michael: FYI - In the last few weeks Zillow changed their policy on FSBOs from postlets and now they are accepted on ZIllow.

You can place it on postlets for other websites, but I believe Zillow won't accept it as this conflicts with their desire to charge for FSBO listings.

Dear soon2move, I believe the cost is $39.95 plus tax at least that is what it used to cost. If you go this route - take many photos inside & outside the house - the kore photos the better. Always good to have full sun on the front & make sure your landscaping is in good shape - trimmed, fresh mulch & maybe even some color for fall. A good description of the home will also help along with details about the area, schools & activities. Give yourself a time frame - no inquiries or showings = seriously consider highering a licensed agent to assist you in selling your home.
