As far as I know the stimulus plan is not set to help people find afforable housing. The only $8000.00 credit for first time home buyers (or at least not owned a house in the last 3 years). Indiana has a plan set in place that is suppose to offer $15,000.00 for foreclosed owner occupied homes that if you stay for 10 years in that home does not have to be paid back. This is only in specific areas.
