Yes there is a site but it is only available to agents who "pay" for acess for that site. It will vary per day, week and month as the statistics change daily. I am happy to provide you with area graphs an charts that cannot be attached to this response. There is as TON on graphical data.

Each MLS Board has a monthly report on the number of homes available. At least in Texas they do. Ask a broker if they have that information available in your area.
