Sept 2011 - yard now has 4 fruit trees, plus raspberry bushes and strawberry patch. One plum tree gave me 35 lbs of plums in summer 2011.

lot is 3000 sqt feet including house (0.07 acres)
yard goes back to Queen St alley
20' x 20' parking area - I put 16 tons of stone down there over last 3 yrs
fenced in back yard (with gate to parking area) - 20' x 70'  strawberry patch and 2 dwarf fruit trees (trees were just planted last year)
8'x7' metal shed w/wood floor on metal floor framing

oil heat/how water (furnace heats the water year-round - no separate water heater

1 BA, 2 BR on 2nd floor
attic is 3rd bedroom - sloping ceiling decreases usuable area

attic fan (area over back bedroom) - powered by small solar panel

I'm guessing zoning is strictly residential - only houses in the neighborhood

Gas cooking
