What is the time frame on a Bank of America Short Sale? The other agent just received the package.

I find the buyers are full of questions when dealing with short sales, and rightfully so.  BOA is trying to get things done in a more expedient fashion,  However it seems like what should be a 2 month process is sometimes infinity?   Anyone submit a package in Oct Nov or Dec of 2010 to BOA, any advice to pass along to gain traction with the negotiator?

Boa is still tied up with the equator system,  I find it is not always the buyer input side that needs attention,   many times your seller has a hard time proving hardship.  This will stop the system in its tracks,  make contact with the negotiator.
