38th is a short street. Values are higher more up the hill.
I have not seen the inside of the property, nor the condition of the property. It seems to be large (around 2,000sqft).
IF there is nothing really wrong, 250 to 300 sqft.
I would have to see the property, the situation on the location to give a better value.
