Here is the link to the make me move info. I think one of the most important things about it is don't publish your phone number unless you like phone calls at strange hours - instead, provide an email link as the way to contact you.

Here is a link to a lot of info about the zestimate. The important thing to remember is the zestimate is generalized and does not take specifics (that are not available to zillow) into consideration. To find the probable selling price of a house, contact a local RE agent (some of them provide this service for free, some ask a nominal charge) or have the house appraised.
