What is this propety shown with a price of $21 million?

3481 East Kentucky Ave, Denver, Colorado is shown on Zillow as recently sold at a price of $21M. Why is that when the City & County of Denver records show the price as $2.1M? And, how do I get it corrected on Zillow?
