I've seen houses sell for $10, however....they always come with a catch. Severely poor upkeep, other leins, neighborhood is a war zone, environmental nightmares. Beware something that seems far too good to be true.

If you are referring to the homes described in a John Beck infommercial, they do not exist anymore. Counties sell forfeited land at prevaling auction bids.
If you are intent on buying tax forfeit properties, you can contact your County Tax Assessor's office . They may even offer a web link such as one for Hennepin County, the one in which you reside.
Just type the following search string into google:
"hennepin tax forfeit auction"
Hennepin conducts auctions twice a year. Other MN counties will often offer thje forfeited property for something less than the tax assessed value. There is no reason that they would sell it for a few hundred or a few thousand dollars if it is worth substatially more.
