I have to agree with LarryWard5. I'd like to think that my home had almost a 25K jump overnight, however, the previous Zestimate was a heck of a lot more accurate! This is very misleading to the consumer. Is Zillow under some kind of pressure to falsely push up prices in an effort to jump start the housing market?
