Terms of use section 15 mentions they use the laws of the state of Washington.    You may wish to read the entire terms of use before filing.

You can also report the false record of sale by clicking on the little flag on the right side of the price history table.   Probably is a less expensive approach.

I refinanced through HARP my first mortgage and Zillow falsly reported it as a sale and therefore underreported value and hten down graded value $50,000 due to the false sale.

agree zestimate is damaging - not helpful when it is not accurate.

I gave zestimate a home that sold within one mile and they said it didn't sell within the last 21 days so they aren't using it.  Really?  With our current ecomony, a like sale has to happen within the past 21 days.  Very unrealistic.
