Generally, the soils in Kennedale are sandy and rocky, all though there are pockets of clay. If you are on clay, you could have problem soils. You may not need any more foundation repairs but it would be a good idea to have the house checked. I work at Advanced Foundation Repair, and we do not inspect homes for sale. ARCH Foundation Repair does you might give them a call for a free estimate. Hope this helps!

It is a short sale. An exhaust fan in a bathroom is needed, the roof is 14 years old (unknow if it needs work), some french doors need to be hung, 1 window needs replacement, there are some cracks in the walls too.
Foundation was repaired in 2005.
It looks like the owners just ran out of money to repair the place but took good care of it while they had it.
