That is the only listing in my neighborhood that is $250 or under. (1 bdrm, 1 bath, condo) The kitchen looks nice... not missing any cupboard doors or floor tiles...
I'm afraid I bring down the tone of these comparisons. Living this close to Manhattan does strange things to one's RE expectations.

No houses for sale at that price. But go up to 329K and you get a vacant lot on a busy street in a crummy area (There are some 1 bedroom condos hovering around 300K).

This one is actually 279k becuase I couldn't find one in the area that was 250k. 5bed 4 bath 11 rooms 4475 sq/ft in central Oklahoma. What do you think?
