The unit is updated with newer appliances and updated wood work throughout. A new laminate floor has been added in the kitchen along with all new light fixtures and paint. All the work is done in this unit! Also, the unit is a garden level condo so there are no stairs to carry your groceries up! Gardeners can also appreciate the large flower bed that comes along with this unit.
