Most of the "other" is apartments, as those are neither "single family" nor "condos". Other also includes co-ops, group housing and institutional housing.

The graph I can see has an option called "more". If you hover the cursor over "more" you'll see a number of options. Are you seeing something different? If so, perhaps a screen shot would help.
