This is question is a little vague because different price points have seen different levels of price change.  For example the million+ price range has taken a huge hit whereas homes under $300,000 are still moving relatively well.  This won't be an exact analysis but this should give you a good idea:

2007 - Avg home was 2700 sq ft listed @ $545,000 and sold for $514,000 in an average of 69 days

2008 - Avg home was 3028 sq ft listed @ $551,500 and sold for $521,000 in an average of 86 days

2009 to date - Avg home was 2900 sq ft listed @ $528,000 and sold for $494,000 in an average of 82 days

If you'd like a value of your home feel free to call me anytime at 481-8986 or email me at mike@nashvillepropertyguide.com anytime.

Hope that helps!
