What places would you consider "iconic" for Fuquay Varina?

I was trying to explain the "feel" of Fuquay Varina to a customer who was calling from California and wanted to get a good description of the town.  I explained the general location, some of my experiences in town, but I was wondering how other people would describe the town.  What would you say about the town to give a good explanation of the Fuquay Varina experience?

Sharon's suggestion to use pictures are a great idea- it's so hard to communicte to someone what things are like.  If you are really ambitions you might shoot a simple video (not a professional one) but a short video of walking or driving around key places (someone else driving of course).and post it on  you tube privately for just that person to view- maybe even stop and ask others questions about the town or the area or what they like- depends on how much you want to put in this and if you want to re-use it- but capture.  It seems a bit goofy, but it might help.  I've seen one agent do it with specific houses when her customer had 30 in their search but wanted to fly in and see only 10- she shot video of entering the neighborhood, approaching the house, looking up and down the street etc. so when the customer flew in , they were able to determine a top 10 list based on number of trees in the area, condition of roads, heaviness of traffic, etc.

It would be great if there were a chamber of commerce project that did something like that to promote the town...(maybe that is a good idea???- separate from your client of course).

Take some pictures of the downtown area, and send those along with the history. I love the downtown area, cute shops, houses are so inexpensive compared to Cary,Apex.Holly Springs.
