What should I do correct the facts about my house as shown at zillow

My address is 6320 N. Lawndale Ave. I bought this house in September 2006 in $500,000 but Zillow states that this house was sold in 2005 in around $380,000. I know factually that the people I bought the house had lived in it for 15 years and there was no sale in 2005. Moreover, my house has 3 full bathrooms and five bedrooms but Zillow provides incorrect details. I request you to make corrections. Thanks a lot. This cold be verified with Chicagotribune Real Estate section, in the houses sold section.

As far as I know, you can't change the posted sales price yourself, but most of the other info can be corrected. You can claim your house here and update information that is outdated or incorrect. If you feel that your remodeling is not represented in the Zillow numbers or in the information that they have currently, you can create an owner's estimate here to include them in your house value. I hope the links help you make you Zillow home page as accurate as it can be. The changes that you make to your info will be immediate, but if those changes impact your Zestimate, it may take a week or two to update in the system. Once you claim your house, you can let Zillow know about the incorrect sale so that they can put it on their update list. Hope the links help.

You can pull up the home's details and then there should be a link to edit the home or claim ownership. Once completed, you can edit all the info you want.
