The Rent Zestimate on that home is $1,748 (you can see this a couple lines below the address on the detail page for the home: http://www.zillow.com/hom ... 060_zpid/) with a range of $1300-$1900/month. I hope this will help as a starting point for figuring out how much you should charge. You can read more about the Rent Zestimate here: http://www.zillow.com/wik ... estimate/

thanks,

For being on the opposite side of the country, I will give you as much input as possible. From what I have seen, Zillow's Rent Estimate is typically low (what I see is in the state of Florida). One issue for rentals that I see is, per Zillow, your home is a 3 bed 1.5 bath and 2400+ square feet. Being only one full bath on a home so large is quite odd (Zillow could be wrong) but it would put a strain on your typical family so that would rule out top dollar (unless this is a HIGH HIGH HIGH demand area).

I didnt see any real comps to your home, except for a few 2/1 smaller home/townhomes that were renting for around $800.

Why dont you try contacting a local Realtor, or better yet a property management company and have them run a quick analysis for you. They should be willing to do this free of charge.

Best of luck!
