"Specializing in Bank Owned Properties"
Hmmm... what is a Bank Owned Property ? Oh thats right a property which a Bank has been unable to sell as a short sale or foreclosure auction, because the price that it was previously sold for was so inflated because of pump and dump by REO's after that sexy 7% commission.
The only consistent winners in the REMarket are pump and dumpers REA like yourself who bring missery to the punters who take your bait ...you should be ashamed !
Linda talk about generally versus with Randy-H talking about himself and have not any thing to do with Linda post.* Majority of American only have or barely down-payment to buy the house VS with Randy-h "We could buy the house we're renting for cash".* Since some renter are house poor, some can affort their living, some are wealthy, every thing they want is the peace living, VS with Randy-h " Since we aren't house poor, having a lawyer on hand isn't an issue".* Linda talk about "What should owning a home mean to you ?" VS with Randy-h debate about "times of foreclosure, and the cost of move ?".
Usually :- the sinners talk much about the moral.- The poors talk about their wealth.- The low IQ worry about their smart.
When I was 11 my family got evicted when they decided to convert the apartments to condos......no biggie, we up and moved. Did I like that feeling of not being "in control" absolutely not so I understand that aspect of controlling your destiny......all the same......if you don't pay your mortgage you loose your "home", if you don't pay your rent you get the same result. The only benefit as an bank shared owner is the eviction part should change come. Sure, it may enter my mind, but me moving my family to a new home is not a disaster nor would it be devastating......not having any money and suffering the consequences of that is worse. I imagine all these people getting foreclosed on are embarassed, they were "owners" and they get a two-fold shaming. Your client whose parents got them evicted.....I wonder if it was money related or were they F-up tenants......I give my landlord no reason to feel that way towards me and I feel confidant I could live here for quite some time. You don't treat your car well and get it regular maintenance and it will die, you have to be quite the F-up to get evicted or loose a home......for those people they get what they deserve. We all know K101 had to move cause the landlord got foreclosed on, so not cool.....but that isn't embarassing for K101, she up and found another place.....did it damage her pcyche? Did it ruin her kid? No......So you see Linda, your question is just another veiled attempt to put fear in people like me who refuse to jump off the fence just yet by your constant fear mongering.
