What to do next??

My husband and I have been continuelly updating our house and are currently at a stand still as to what to finish next.. We were wondering which would bring greater value to our home. New heating/cooling system (currently we have all electric), new windows and siding, or finishing the basement adding a walk out and sauna..

Hello you ask a very good question. According to the info about your listing it is a 2 bed, 1 bath, with 768 sq ft. I see that you are not in Cape Cod MLS currently. Are you trying to sell yourself? Would you consider using my services as a realtor to represent your sale?
