It seems that even burning it down doesn't help
http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/you-have-a-house-listed-that-burned-down-and-is-gone-and-it-even-is-gone-on-your-aerial-view/431993/
I share your annoyance and the 1st amendment argument that zillow and its supporters give is just nonsense. It is a travesty that firms like zillow can peddle their garbage valuations with immunity the way they do.

Your home on Molly Mall is listed on Zillow with public information only. According to the CEO, Zillow does not remove public information from their site since it is public record available to everyone equally. Most houses on Zillow are not for sale and are listed with public information only.
I understand your concern for privacy. As the owner, you can claim your house, edit/remove photos, edit/move to zero any home facts with numeric fields and put a comment or description on your home page. You can edit almost everything after claiming other than your sales price or tax amount. You can email Zillow and ask to remove your address, but the next best option that you can do today is to claim your house and take control of your home page.

I suggest you try Emailing one or all of these Zillow Staff members
Ice L.
Neil Roxas
Nida Makein
or....Could go up the ladder & try
Russ Hatfield ..Customer and Community Support
Rachel Rosen ...Customer support
or you could go directly to the Top (or what they say is the Top)
Spencer Rascoff CEO
I've also seen this Number tossed about as a Customer Service number but have no clue if it would be of any actual help

it was not my intention to upset you.
so let me try again. I am just a person that occasionally responds to others to offer input. I don't represent zillow.
if your home is LISTED FOR SALE. you need to contact the person that listed it. not zillow. the agent that either is doing a crappy job of managing their automated listings and is letting an old one get reposted
is the problem
or it's not really listed and you are frustrated with the way zillow displays zestimates which LOOK like for sale listings.
if THIS is your home then it is NOT listsed for sale, it is just a zestimate and the discussion provided gives you an opportunity to add to concerns of others with your own.
or, just go to your assessor's office and do that thing wetdawgs said to do so it covers EVERYWHERE it is listed not just zillow.

Zillow presents data from public data sources on most residences in the US. They won't remove the public information. If you wish it removed, you'll have to go to your assessor's office and get the information marked private so it isn't released to Zillow and dozens of other sites.
Here's a link to their FAQ "Can I remove my home from Zillow?"

I DO NOT care what it says under or around the article I just want it off pronto. It has not been for sale in over 3 years and it is our home and I do NOT appreciate it even on the internet or your web site or otherwise.
So PLEASE get it off NOW.
613 Molly Mall is NOT FOR SALE or to have anyone look at on the internet or nothing. PERIOD

If you don't see the words "For Sale" it is just a zestimate. You aren't the only person upset by this, an agent started a discussion on the topic here- but not many home owners have added comments to the discussion.
If you DO see the words "For Sale" by your house, then use the flag to report it as not for sale. Then Claim your listing and take control over it.
