Every lender will have different costs involved. We do not charge origination or discount points on streamlines. We also waive all of our lender fees ( processing, U/W, doc prep ect.) The only new fees involved are the title fees which range from about $750-975 depending on your loan size and are financed into your new loan.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Chad

An FHA Streamline Refinance will have about the same closing costs as any other loan. The loan may or may not have an appraisal depending on weather or not you're trying to exceed the original loan amount.
Its just like any other loan in that you can get a lower rate by paying origination or take a higher rate and pay no origination fee.
The last streamline I did, the client was tight on his equity, so we did a no origination fee an no appraisal required loan. He had a slightly higer rate, but saved approx $2400 in fees.
I hope this helps.

Ours our typically $1445 plus title. Rate is approximately 5% depending on the scenario.

What type of fees are associated with an FHA streamline Refinace? What are the typical closing costs
