Most Realtors will be hesitant to answer this question simply becuase it is out of our area of expertise.  You need to find a plumber.  I'm sure they'd be glad to give you at least a ballpark estimate.  I have worked with Brewer Plumbing at 928-458-5659.  Repairs to the home may be negotiated as part of a sale.  I can help you with this.  Good luck and if you need assistance from a Realtor, give me a call.
