I disagree about Florida being overbuilt, there is still room to grow in that state...hence the building and development that is being done . I Over this past year, I have referred several European investors to realtors in different areas of Florida. You could contact Plantations planning department to start your search, they will definitely have recommendations for you.

Nobody here knows the answer to your question. Some can't even tell where you are. I can refer you to someone who could possibly help. If I had to guess, I would say "not great". Florida is overbuilt, already. You should be as aware of the situation there, as anyone you're going to find on the Zillow forums. Good luck in your endeavors.
