When I listed my house on Zillow it said I could track visitors who viewed my listing. Is this true?

You can track numbers including total as well as daily.  To find these, open the property details page, look in the upper right for the total Views.   Then, scroll down to the Zestimate graph and (on the left) click on "page views" for daily views over the last month.

Some of the recommendations by the other agent are for Premier Agents only.

Yes it is! When visitors have your listing come-up on page views AND clicks to the property page, you get a "click counted". We usually get our full reports on Saturdays, for all property listings. You can now set-up clients to receive these reports as well.

Finally, on your account page you can view listing traffic for your particular area, if you have any subscriptions. Simply, click on the"My Ads" link. If you do not have any luck with these, contact Zillow customer carefor more help.

Best of luck!
