Chuck hit the nail on the head. When I'm looking for LO's in WI. I don't come up. I just tried entering Wisconsin but it wouldn't let me. This is what pops up.
Oops, you entered a region that we don't recognize. Please enter a neighborhood, city, state; city and state; or a ZIP code so that you can be readily found in the Zillow Directory.
Is there another way for me to populate under WI. Lenders?

It looks like the Agent Directory works fine on Premier Agents and Agents both being viewable so it shouldn't be too hard to fix.

Why did Zillow change the directory to only show confirmed lenders?
Why did Zillow change the directory to only show confirmed lenders?
I believe he wants it to show up here, not when you type his name in, so someone searching for a lender in WI without knowing him by name will see him listed. He currently is not listed. In order to do that, he has to add WI as a state to his areas of service and not just the specific cities.

When I typed in your first and last name and Wisconsin your name did show up. When you change the sort by option our confirmed lenders show up first. You also show up on the first page when you type in Jay, and sort by: relevance.
These are the results I got when I searched for you in our directory.

List the state of Wisconsin as a service area as well as the individual cities that you have listed and you will show up in a generic state search.
When I look for Lenders in Wisconsin my profile doesn't come up. How can I change this?
