When I sign-in it says, "This email is restricted from use on our site."

I try to do everything right and can't think of why this might be, I can't even sign in to ask why bc it won't let me, The only thing that I can think of is when I asked Zillow to remove a fraudulent poster. What can I do to restore my sign-in?
