Zillow will reject 'cut and paste' in some instances.

James has the work around solution for this problem.

Not sure about that error, I would contact Zillow.com Customer service.  I have found them to be very responsive and helpful.  Best of luck.

When you were updating your information you got some HTML code into you work.

Here is a quick fix.

Highlight your entire profile....(Ctrl-A will normally select all)

Then right click and choose Copy.

Open Notepad and right click and Paste.

Now you are viewing inside notepad all the data in a text (unformatted) file.

Review and edit out the stuff that makes no sense to you.

You are just about done.

Review again and press Ctrl-A again to select all your newly revised work.

Go back to your Zillow Profile and delete content.
Then Ctrl-V and paste the revised text file. Click on Save.
You should not get the HTML error now.

Now if you have HTML to add, do it one link at a time and save.

I hoped that helped.

Good Luck!
