The problem may be the lack of comparable properties in your area available to Zillow's Zestimate program. Your best bet is to contact a local REALTOR for a market analysis. There are several active agents listed in your area. A market analysis is free. We just ask that if you decide to list with an agent, you give first consideration to the agent providing the analysis as it takes a little time to prepare such an analysis and we don't work on salary. An agent who is a REALTOR (member of the National and local Board of REALTORS) will have access to your area's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and, after obtaining some information from you about your home, will be able to find true comparable properties to give you an estimated range of value.
