We do not have to sell. We are both retired and have thought about moving back to our home state, Indiana.
Not interested in open house. Our home has just had the two of live in it. We have always kept it up dated. Just had Gereral Plumbingbring every thing up to new standards. Our two Heat and A/C have been inspected. Our 25 year old roof of 3/2002 been expected.
The $238,000 + is the bottom line or we stay and will take it off the market in 90 days.
