The account itself does not expire but your paid listing will. It is good until 05/06/2012 and it is not automatically charged. Posting properties for sale directly in Zillow is a one time charge of $39.95 good for 180 days. You can also use Postlets for free. If you have more than 200 listings, you can send them to us via our automated listing feed program.
