I can attest that the aerial photo of my home has not been updated in the three years I have lived here and is a summer photo so is at least four years out of date! It does not reflect any of the major landscape changes which have occurred.

It depends on where the feed originates from usually; if you are talking about a listing for sale.. then usually the agent will update those manually or it may get updated from a web page feed or MLS feed.. or if you are talking about the aerial pics of homes and street views or plats.. .that probably depends more on when the county or other web sites update them.. such as google or others.. which can more less than annually usually..
be more specific so you can get better results.
good luck

If you're talking about the aerial photos, not very often. Annually at best, and I'd say even that is a major stretch.
If you're talking about a home that is actively listed, it can be changed at any time by the listing agent.
