no that does not necessarily mean anything.you should contact someone directly about a property, if you can see who the listing agent was or if you have a buyer's agent contact them. there is frequently out of date inforamtion on zillow becaue it's up to thousands of agents and owners to keep their for sale listing updated- many have it done by an automatic feed that is managed poorly by the most knowledgable computer person in their office (who knows very little about computers) and many are managed manually.
removal of photos means very little. if you find a house that you see for sale, there should be some names off to the right that can tell you more about it (if you don't already have an agent).
