When will Zillow send an actual appraiser or estimator out to actually view this home and others?  Until an actual person can appraise the home, Zillow will never be acurate.

That's very true. But then, that's not the purpose of Zillow. This is an automated system using tax data and mls data, and other public information to "ZESTIMATE" -- NOT TO APPRAISE. So, you can claim your own property, enter your updated information, and see if that helps.
