Many of the homes listed prior to completion are done so, so they can be pre sold. I say this only because as you waite for the construction to be completed you may be to late to purchase. Many of the builders allow for the finishing touches to be those of the new homeowner so they leave details unfinished. Most homes can be completed from ground up in 3 - 4 months. If you are truly in love with this property, I sould suggest contacting a Realtor who can arrange a showing of the property and area.
