Not all houses on Zillow are for sale. The ones that are say "For Sale" at the top of the page and will have a "listing provided by" link at the bottom of the page to contact the listing agent/company. Most others have a Zestimate which is NOT a listing price. You can read more about them here

The freshest source of agent listings is your local MLS. Unless it is for sale by owner or says "For Sale" at the top of the page it is probably NOT for sale. Hope it helps.

I agree. Even though I have a lot of listings and would be more than happy to assist a buyer, my advice to you to find another agent. The listing agent is going to try and get the best possible price for the seller.

Contact any buyer's agent.  On the bottom and right hand sides, there are probably three agents listed on the page that is displaying your property.  Just email them and they will know how to proceed.

You can ask any real estate agent you like. Actually, the best answer is never use the listing agent. They legally have to look out for the sellers best interests. That means they do not look out for yours.

All real estate agents can access the same listings. Use anyone you like.
