Where's "Geothermal Heat"?

If geothermal is on the list as a cooling source why isn't it there as a heating source?  That's one of the benefits of geothermal, it does both.

Geothermal is normally used to both heat and cool your home depending on the demand. It stays an even temperature year roll under the earth's surface 100' - 250' down. The water is recycled over and over. A very efficient source once the initial investment has been absorbed....no pun intended.

Good Luck!
