People with money always buy.
Most people just wait and see .

Most people, including myself are just staying where they are until things improve enough to move. Too much money to move for renters and not enough to be gained by selling and buying some other house. It's pretty much a stale mate for everybody.

I agree with - We are seeing a lot of people moving in with family and friends. It us to be 1 couple would rent a 2 bedroom apartment, now we are seeing 2 couple or 1 couple plus a relative wanting to rent a 2 bedroom

I can't speak for the Florida market, but a lot of folks are moving in with friends/family, or renting out a room/basement.
