In Seattle, we're seeing activity pick up. It is now a neutral market here. But investors are showing little interest, the economy is making them too nervous.
My guess is consumers are already returning in all but the entry level markets, and investors will sit on the sidelines until after the election.
Things are picking up in the Disney area.
I have noticed when a not over priced bank owned home comes on the market it isn't lasting more than a few days.
