Good question.
The data from Zillow is pulled from public records, owner input, realtor listings from the MLS and realtor advertisements. Information on sales data and deeds come from the County Recorders office.
So, depending on the information for your home may not be accurate. If you contact a Realtor such as me with your home's information including upgrades and condition, a very accurate home value can be provided. Most Realtor's will do this for free.
