I have been selling apartment buildings for 35 years. The sizes of buildings I have sold range from 3 units to 106 units.  There is no charge to the buyer when using a professional realtor to help you find an apartment building.  The seller pays the commission.  Approximately half all the buildings for sale are not listed in the multiple listing service.  In addition to exposing you to all available units in your size range, I will be most happy to instruct you on all issues relating to the ownership of apartment complexes.

any local agent can help you. Commercial deals are trickier, and have less buyer protections built in than residential transactions, so educate yourself thoroughly before proceeding. Any local library will have good books on real estate investing, or you can google John T. Reed. (avoid all the get rich quick nonsense out there)
