The NWMLS reaches more buyers than any other website in Washington State. any seller, whether it is a bank or a short sale will be on the the NWMLS or the listing agent or owner is not doing everything that they can to market the property.
The NWMLS feeds to every member website.  Use any member website to find the home that you are looking for.

Use the links Dunes has provided. If anyone needs a link to foreclosures in Las Vegas contact me. I would be happy to help.

If you have your house listed with an agent, then I would ask them. If they don't know a lot about the foreclosure process, they most likely know an agent that does.

Call any real estate company (locally) and they should be able to send you a list of foreclosures currently available.  Most banks won't sell their inventory directly - only through a RE company.
