Hi. The easiest way is to look at the tax records which are public documents. They will give you a lot of other basic information about the house, as well. You can look at the tax assessor website for your county and get the information. Good luck!

First get any tax records you can from the assessor, have title company do a search at the county to see when the first deed/mortgage was recorded. Ask neighbors if they remember when and who may have built the house.

As long as you are on Zillow, you might as well check to see what they have.
Click on homes on the top line, enter the address and click on "go". You will see a pop up box on the map. Click on the address for the home details page. Most homes shown on Zillow have the date of construction (called "year built").
