I want a pre-forclosed, forclosed, bank owned or sale by owner home, everytime I look online I am told the list are free but the sites want my credit card info. Is there any way to fet a real free listing. Are there forclosure tours for people?

every county has a list that comes up on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, they are not free. You might want to see if a realtor can provide you it. I have the list for NYC and Westchester County.
