We pretty much all do.  It's a Fannie Mae program so pretty basic.  In Salt Lake you just have to fit into the criteria and it's the same up in Logan.  If you haven't done it already, rates are pretty awesome.

Most of the large banks offer this program.  Often the best place to start is the existing servicer as they will have the most flexibility. 

If you do not like what they offer, you can post a request in the ZMM.  Put in your notes that you are looking for HARP and you should find some contacts in your area that can assist you.
