Where can I get a renovation loan?

I have a first and second and would like to double my square footage. I would like to know where I can apply for a renovation loan to make my addition and improvements happen. The addition would entale a new master bed and bath, kitchen remodel, extention of living room, and improvements to the existing home.

Talk to your local lender (email me if you need a contact).  If you currently have equity in your home, you may be able to pull some out.  Construction loans based on a future appraised value are more difficult to get now than they were a year ago.
