Your real estate broker would be happy to assist you by pulling comparable sales from MLS during that time frame, for you to appeal your valuation with Douglas County.

You need to contact a local agent for the information off of the MLS system for June 2006. Zillow may have some info still available for 2008, but comps only stay up for one year on Zillow. You best bet is a local agent who can do a retroactive CMA for you and match the comps to your house. Some charge a small fee, but it it is the best way to win an appeal.
Where can I get average value info from June 2006 and 2008 to compare for tax appraisal purposes?
