I would contact Mark Sniepp, PhD with California Economic Forecast (www.CaliforniaForecast.com).  He prepares an economic forecast for both Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties and that information is included in the forecast.  I believe there is a monthly newsletter posted on that site which hopefully reflects our current market trend.

The easiest place would be to call a local title company...they should be able to give you the #.  Here in Santa Barbara Fidelity Title does a great job.
